The Dream
Hi, my name is Stephen Koche. I am the owner/founder of
Midwest Finest RV. I've spent many years at different dealers
around the Chicagoland area, only to find that none of them could
provide quality service and a friendly face day-in and day-out.
So, in May of 2001, I decided that the only way I would be happy is
to open my own shop with my own ideals. To date, no customer
has left my shop without being completely satisfied.
Our History
In May of 2001, determined to make my dream a
reality, I purchased a van and began doing mobile service at area
campgrounds. In April of the following year, I leased my first
shop. Without advertising, I've flourished on a great work
ethic and positive word-of-mouth advertising from all ALL of
my previous customers. Presently, I am in the works of
expanding with a second shop, and looking for property to build
Midwest Finest RV from the ground up.

We're getting bigger.....Twice the space......Whoa!
We're still looking for property, but for the time being this will
do. I would have to say that I have been blessed with the best
customers in the world! This summer was intense, and I was
starting to feel the pressure. For those of you that don't
know, we built a mobile command center for Com-Ed out of a 1996
Prevost Bus. I'll have pictures soon. I don't think I've
ever had so much fun, even with the pressure of a deadline. We
have also become an authorized service center for Country Coach and
Foretravel. For those of you that aren't happy with your
current service provider, we work along side many manufacturers.
Check out our ad in FMCA Magazine for the best prices in the country
on EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTIES!
We've had a very busy summer, and we're stocking up
on all the big jobs for the winter. Roof jobs, body repairs,
and painting just to name a few. I hope everybody had a safe
summer and don't forget to winterize your coach if you don't fly
south.....
We’re here! We’re at our new location. I hope all of
my existing customers have received their postcards with the map of
our new facility. Moving is not easy. Moving and trying to keep
everyone happy is darn near impossible. I said "near impossible." I
think we did a very good job. That being said, remind me not to do
this again. The new place is great, we’re all excited about the
future and being able to bring in more work at a time. Those of you
that have been to our previous facility know how cramped it was.
PARKING...WHAT PARKING! The new place will have plenty. We’re
putting in a big service lot to the rear of the new building to try
to accommodate as many customers as possible. We are lining up our
off season work already. If you need any bodywork or big jobs done
please call and schedule. I hope everyone is having a wonderful
summer and we’ll see you soon.
We LOVE seeing new people, so stop by!!
Thank you.
